Another new blog?

In light of the difficulty of keeping up a web presence on the university site I maintain, I'm moving the posts over to here. Hopefully, I will attempt to post job and grad school opportunities once a week or so. I'll also put general Earth and environmental science posts and possibly incorporate some of my classes and research students' work here.
